Lifeboat is a coaching and class-planning app for fitness professionals. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
Lifeboat does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. No analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage data leave your device.
All lesson plans, movements, and settings you create in the app are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and standard iOS preferences. This data is included in your iCloud or iTunes backup if you have backups enabled, and is never accessible to us.
Lifeboat can scan documents using your camera or import images from your photo library to extract text into a lesson plan. Images are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded or stored outside the app.
Some features use Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework to process text. All AI processing happens locally on your device. No text or content is sent to any server.
When you start a class Live Activity, your device registers a push token with our server solely to deliver updates to the Live Activity on your Lock Screen. The token is used only for this purpose and is not stored, shared, or used for any other communication.
Lifeboat Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to all transactions.
Lifeboat is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone.
If we make material changes to this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
